LESSON 2:

Why study the Bible’s silent years – because God used those years to prepare the way for His Son – Yeshua Ha’Mashiach – Jesus Messiah to share His Besorah (Good News) for the suffering Jewish people of Israel and people through the world. He also prepared Egypt to provide a safe haven for the young family to flee to with their young son to avoid him being killed by King Herod; synagogues where Jesus could teach; wide and well-maintained roads so the Gospel could be spread to other regions, and so much more. The Bible is silent during those years, but historical and Jewish records reveal an amazing time that changed the Jewish religion and dramatically changed Jewish life. Israel was prepared for their king, but the Jewish people were blind and chose to turn their backs to their savior.
